Faced an SEC audit of PGIM Investments global compliance program. 
Required comprehensive documentation to demonstrate compliance with both domestic and international regulatory requirements. 
Needed to manage a detailed document request list from the SEC.

Coordinated closely with key stakeholders within the RIA to identify and gather the necessary documentation in order to prepare for onsite SEC interviews. 
Took a proactive approach to track requests and ensure timely, accurate responses; while working diligently to organize and deliver all applicable documents to the SEC examiners.

Successfully completed the SEC exam with no material findings, while reinforcing PGIM Investments' commitment to strong compliance practices.

Danielle has extensive compliance expertise from roles at Amazon, Affirm, Marqeta, Even Financial, PGIM Investments, Capital One, Citi and BNY Mellon.
She's earned a Bachelor’s degree at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate from Montclair State University. She's also studied at Fordham Law and has an IBM- certificate in Cybersecurity Framework & Compliance.
Danielle has a passion for technology and governance, combined with a dedication to creating innovative compliance solutions.
